To answer your question;

Level seven is the highest level, but there is no limit to the points you can earn.

In Yahoo Answers the levels are 
for level 1 its 1 - 249 points.
level 2 goes from 250 - 999 points.
level 3 proceeds from 1000 - 2499 points.
level 4 is 2500 - 4999 points
level 5 goes from 5000 - 9999 points
level 6 is 10,000 - 24,999 points.
level 7 is the final level and that starts at 25,000 and above.
