ie 7 fix my settings wont go away.?

we have chosen fix my settings for me. this resolves the issue until reboot or log off. when we log back on the same thing happens. how can we stop ie 7 from prompting this?

    go to your control panel select add remove programs, select IE 7 then click remove, a screwn will appear now you select repair and you should be ok.

    simply complete the settings process and it will not bother you again.
