we have chosen fix my settings for me. this resolves the issue until reboot or log off. when we log back on the same thing happens. how can we stop ie 7 from prompting this?

we have fax machine at the reception desk in our office. it is installed on the receptionists computer and shared over the network. how can i set it up to be able to fax from my pc and have that fax machine send it. im using win xp pro, when i go into printers and faxes the only option i have is to add a local fax. how can i add a network fax?

i have found alot of sites but they all end up wanting money. is there a site that works for free?

this is from a co-worker at my job. she has created a word doc and would like to do the following:

I need the name that the letter is sent to, which appears on the first page, to appear automatically in the headers of page 2 and 3 without having to enter it manually. Like a code that references to the name on page one.

i used to be able to download fast while file sharing or at least have and average speed of 90 to 120kbs even while downloading alot at once

now i cant get over 5kbs and cant really get more than 2 or 3 to work at a time

i havent made any changes to my pc or the way i connect to the internet

and im using the same program i always use

anyone have any suggestions

thats what a post in a few forums said to do

but no luck here
