all you have to do is reset your CMOS settings..

•turn off and remove all Alterneting Current in your CPU

•on the motherboard you will see a CELL Battery (w/c is of course round) remove it for 30 seconds then bring it back..

•connect all AC connections and power on your pc. once you open there will be a usual message telling you that the CMOS settings has been reset, just hit F1 to continue..

    additonal:

there is another option on new models of motherboard that eneble you to reset the cmos seetings without unplugging the AC electricity and removing the battery, it is a 3 set of pin usually color red background which do have a jumper.. you can shift the jumper to the next pin and pushing the power once (note that the computer will not boot) then bring the jumper back to it's original position then power the CPU again and it will boot and reset the CMOS settings.. it all depends on what model of Motherboard you have in order to do this..

so i suggest you stick to the first instruction removing the battery rather than taking a risk otherwise it's on your own decision.

As its a working laptop or pc it wont be elementary to get into the BIOS without knwing the password. terrific would be which you get in touch with the producer of your pc and ask them for backdoor password on your BIOS thats the only way as had it been a pc you might have extremely taken out the CMOS battery which might have reset the password yet in laptops the batteries dont come out they're completely fixed , plus laptops additionally dont have any reset jumpers like computers. terrific would be you are able to touch the producer and that they may be waiting that may assist you out. chanced on a hyperlink on the internet which does record some backdoor passwords to BIOS wish it helps. wish this helps.

DO you have the paperwork that came with puter, ? or if its used, then I would try going back to Defaults and not Optimized but Better performance, otherwise, go into programs and then system tools and then system information, you may be able to find answers in there ,
