plus thats just a rumor that goes around school its probably not true there is the same kind of guy in my middle school and he has a girlfriend and is super nice once you get to know him and seriously your clique will understand because a guy and friends is better than no guy and friends

You Are kidding me right? "my best friend just hooked up with someone not as popular as out... clique and shes gotten alot of crap about it" WHO CARES WHAT OTHER PEOPLE THINK!!!!!!!!!!! If someone loves you and you love them back then there is no problem. oh and also what is your question? Is it should i give this guy a chance even though people think he is gay? if so go up to him and tell him that his best friend told you that he liked you, now he will either say. he is lying, i do like you. Now if the rumors are true, i think that this would be a moment you copuld look back on. igf you dont mind about who he likes then you can be good friends. If you can only worry about if i date him i will be less popular then really think about what you are thinking.

you need to stop worriing about your reputation, if you like a guy go for him. I know how important reputaions are now a days.. but someone will ruin it l8r on no matter what. If you really like him, than stop waiting for the rain to fall, and ask him if he returns the feelings!! ignor what people say about you,, they don't matter in the end of it all. Trust me, i know this from experiance. DON"T ever hold back cuz of what people will say!
