Has someone ever tried to set your hair on fire (joking or serious)?

People have tried to do that to me, & I think that's very immature & cruel. Yesterday, my friend's sister tried to set her hair on fire because they got into an argument, & the girl was smoking pot, & she puffed, exhaled, & then blew the pot smoke in my fried's face. So my friend got upset & was about to go off on her sister because she didn't want drugs in her system, & she needs to keep her job. But anyway, when my friend tried to punch her for blowing the weed in her face, she flicked on the lighter & my friend screamed, "Aahhh!!!!", & ran for her life, while her sister was chasing her. That's torture.

A few yrs. ago, my former foster mom's foster boys got upset with me & got a lighter & tried to set my hair on fire, chasing me. When I woke her up & told her, she said he had EVERY right to do it to me.

No, and if they did I would get them charged for assault. It doesnt matter if they are joking or not. If you have fear for your life then that is assault.

Its not normal that your Foster Mum had said that either.I wouldnt want to live with someone like it thats for sure.

On my orientation day for High School, my enemies :( set my hair on fire from behind a wall. The bald patch is still growing. And yes it is VERY cruel.

  • I know a guy who did it in my 11th grade English class! We all smelled something burning and she yelled! My teacher yelled at him and he got suspended for like 20 days! I think that is a very cruel and immature thing to do. No you didn't deserve to get your hair burned by your foster mother. She's a *****.

No, no one has ever done that to me before. That is EXTREMELY dangerous. If you use hairspray, your whole head could go up in flames. I hope you reported that so that you could be taken out of such an environment. No one has the right to harm your body.

Well I don't it myself once. Man it stunk lol.

And I remember once when I was little, I went to Carol's by Candlelight and I was with my friend's family and sitting behind their eldest daughter, and sure enough, my candle went into her hair and It shriveled up and I was the only one who could smell it.

I never owned up to it.... I wonder if she noticed... Hmm...

I used to light my hair all the time. But I separated it from my head first. Blackouts are boring.
