i have been working my legs out for a few months and althought my outer thigh is toned how do i tone the inside

you cant "tone" specific parts of your body. if by toning you mean making your muscles firmer and more visible (which is what most people use the word for), then that can ONLY be achieved by burning the fat that surrounds them. and you can only do that by changing to a low calorie diet and doing regular cardio. targeting specific parts of your body (i.e legs, arms, butt) will do nothing unless you burn the fat.

Walking for all over and one of those stepper from Argos is really good for toning and getting muscles strong. I have one and you can go on it listening to music watching television five mins off and on your legs would be well toned after a couple of weeks.
