How to program MS Outlook to enter a password cell?

I have a question for all of you. I have a computer problem - MS Oulook. I want to have to put in a password when I am looking at my e-mail any suggestions?

    Take a look at the "Tools-Email Accounts" menu option. Under that, select to "View or change existing email accounts". Select the account you wish to modify and click the "Change" button.

    After that, the process varies a bit depending on the type of email server you have but you are looking for a security tab and should see a check box for "Always prompt for user name and password" (this is for MS Exchange servers) or you should see some other prompt for authenticating to your ISP's email server along with a check box to remember the password.
