My credit card company has charged me for buying airline tickets which I have never bought. After all arguments they refuse to reverse the charges. Whom can I approach to sue them. I live in Mumbai - INDIA.

Have you ask them for all the details of the transaction including signatures etc? Were they purchased online? Do you have a relative that took it upon theselves to use your card? Has the card been lost in the past?

If nobody has stolen your credit card this could be a mistake. Maybe a relative or friend took your card without asking?
If the drama continues look for a lawyer.
