Christians...Have you read this?

I'm a Christian, and that is totally true. We should be more caring and loving when it comes to Atheists. We should approach them in a manner that is pleasing to God, not in a manner that puts up immediate blocks and turns a conversation or debate into an argument. I hope that more Christians read this and take it to heart. Thanks for posting and God bless!

Yes there some claiming to be Christians on here that do not act like Christians, I agree but I also see more very distrought non-believers with much strong anger issues! Its interesting to me to just look at the answers of atheists all day- to wonder what most of them go thru in life? Many of them could have a Masters Degree - religion has nothing to do with intellegence , its something you get from the heart and the soul, a faith in how exsistance came about and how the soul will live on till no end. The Christians here are only trying to help and some just are not going about it the way God would want them to

And Christians have given very valid answers perhaps the intellectual atheist need to know what Christians believe and understand it! I had a atheist last night quote scripture pretending to know what it said, I sent him a nice email with the correct verse and he responds by calling me a a hole,now there is a person who has integrity! If you want to get respect for your beliefs you must give it also! For the Christians that give rude responses I ask forgiveness we all slip up from time to time I have! However we all need to try to understand each others position, When I or another Christian states a belief with reference to the Bible and you make fun of it,How is that being in harmony and accepting?

Well I think that's a good site. But I haven't used it to get the better of other people. I don't want to get the better of others. Actually I don't need to. I just say and if people don't like it then that's actually up to them. But I do say.

Holy spirit blows where he wants to. And he will put people in the right place at the right time if we are in relationship with him.

I just wish atheists would use the same care when speaking to or about us Christians. The board would certainly be a more pleasant venue!

Often, after I have given a reply, someone will email me, calling me names and viciously attacking my faith, then they turn off their email so they won't receive any response. When people behave in such a cowardly manner, it's hard to respect them as a group.

No I have not read it all. I don't label all Atheists stupid or morons but there are a great number. Now as for Christians not all are good and as it says in the Bible not all who call on me will go to Heaven. In religion I have no peers but as Christians I do.

If atheists would only follow this advise as well, we could address them as the intelligent people they claim to be instead of the vile, pathological, ignorant, degenerates many of them seem to have become. Show and tell are obviously not on the same ticket for some people.

It's difficult to show respect to those who apparently have no such thing for anyone, including themselves. I don't seek to appease anyone.

I think that I do follow these guidelines actually, lol, even though I had not seen this before. I think this is actually a good site for others who wish to answer genuine questions.

I wish more Christians (Atheists, too) thought like that. It really would make the world a better place. Hah.

I've read it now. To answer your question "if not why not?", I never read it before because I've never seen it before, lol. It's simply common sense which unfortunately is lacking by a lot of people.
