Good Vegan canned Soups? Warm drinks?
I have a friend who comes over to let my dog out while I'm at work. She is vegan. I'd like to get some vegan canned soups or warm drinks for her to make when it's really cold, but I don't know what to get. I assume hot chocolate is no good? Any ideas?

Alpine Village Hot Cider Packets are vegan so are Ghirardelli Hot Chocolates.

as far as soups
Progresso Soups (Lentil, Hearty Tomato, and Tomato Basil) are vegan

I like all of the Amy's soups. Since she is vegan - just make sure that there is no milk products in the soup you get - not that I have seen any in the ones that I buy - but not a problem for me if there is dairy either.
Health Valley also has some good soups that you might like to look into getting as well.
As to warm drinks - there is always tea or coffee.
The EASIEST WAY:
I would just ask her what it is that she likes - not telling her that your going to get it for her - and then just have it there for her as a surprise. THAT WAY - you know that you got what she really would like and really would enjoy.

The canned soups by Amy's Kitchens are very good. Just make sure you get the Vegan types as they also make Vegetarian products that contain dairy and eggs.

As everyone said, Amy's is a vegetarian company with many vegan options. I don't know offhand of vegan hot chocolate mixes, but I have seen them. I think Ah-Laska makes a vegan hot cocoa mix, but I'm not sure.

That is SO nice of you to think of her! My favorite canned soup is Amy's alphabet soup. As for warm drinks, good ole green tea (I like many different kinds but Salada has the best taste imho) is my favorite.

I think they could drink normal tea and coffee as long as there is no milk in it . They eat nothing that contains animal products . Yeah black tea and coffee is ok for them I think .
