How do I vote on other people's questions?

Go to any category.
Click on Vote - Undecided Questions. You can vote on any question that has "In Voting" status.
Click on the question link. Vote for your Best Answer by clicking, "Vote as Best Answer". It's a long, blue button, each answer has a corresponding vote button.
You may also vote for your own question, only once.
Go to your profile page. Click on, "More (no. of answers)". Look for questions that has a "In Voting" status. Vote for your own answer, I'm pretty sure you can still remember yours.

At the top of the page there is a green vote button.

You just cover the thumbs up or down and then left click on the mouse....but you need a certain amount of points before you can do this. Yeah, frustrating isn't it? But you have enough !
So go to discover and vote undecided questions.
