police radar detector in car?

Most police stations don't use radar anymore most of them are switching over to ladar which uses a laser instead of a radio frequency and so most cheap radar detectors don't pick these up so don't waste your money buying another cheap one my suggestion would be to save up and by a really good one like the valentine one radar detector they are about 300 dollars but work on all bands and types of radar and also have a cloaking feature so they can't be detected and also carry a no ticket promise that if you get a ticket they will pay it for you

Radars today are well above 100$ and are illegal in some states. It would be hard to find a decent one under 80$. Sorry

the police have radar detector,,detectors and if caught with in most states the police will take from you or make you drive over it!!!!!!!,what a waste of 80 bucks.....

Install a CB radio and listen to channel 19, that's how the truckers avoid speeding tickets. Listen to their filthy chatter and they'll no doubt let you know where any and all speed traps are set up.

for a good one that actually works they are around $250 new. Check ebay for used ones

by the way, i think mitch knows if they are illegal or legal in his state, what if he is from Alaska or some other state where they are legal
