Recylce Bin Looks Full?

On my computer, my recycle bin sometimes looks full, when I click to open there is nothing showing. So when I click to empty, it says "Are you sure you want to delete "Windows"?. What does that mean? And how does it get in there if nothing is showing inside? Is there anything I can do to prevent this from happening? This is not the first time it has happened. What if I were to click "Yes"?, would my "windows" disappear or what?

Help is very much appreciated. Thanks!

I have the same problem every once in a while. Usually if you try to delete it, it will have some error come up. Just reboot the computer and go back and empty the recycle bin again. It should solve the problem. It won't hurt anything. It must be a microsoft glitch. You can also get ccleaner from www.ccleaner.com. It will delete your recycle bin, all your internet files, and search for garbage files to help clean your hard drive.

you cant see it because its a system file, if you set your settings so that system [or hidden] files show you'll come up with a WINDOWS.exe file [dont delete it, it might be a virus or something] take it to a computer place or something, they'll know what to do
