    Peahens lay eggs not Peacocks

    It depends, if the egg is left in the yard of Mr. Jones then its Mr. Jones' But if the egg was with the peacock, then Mr. Smith owns it.

    I say the egg belongs to Mr. Jones. The peacock was trespassing. LOL

    Mr. Smith. If someone's cat had kittens in someone else's yard, the person with the yard couldn't take the kittens as his.
