in electron configuration how com 4s come before 3d? explian please?

please explain?i really need your answer cos i didnt unstood it at all?

    4s is having less energy as compared to 3d , so according to Aufbau pricipal it is filled first

    Moreover 4+s = 4+0 =4

    3+d = 3+2=5 ( 0->s 1->p 2->d)

    3d>4s so 3d has more energy

    .Orbital 4s has a lower energy level compared to orbital 3d
