the moment i try to sign in to ma messenger it goes off the screen,no erroro msgs,i am not able to use it .?

it jus goes off the screen without any erroro msg... plz help..

    hi buddy,

    same problem was with me last week.

    it's happening because there must be a new trojen(rootkit) in ur laptop......

    you update ur antivirus(McAfee) to latest signatures......restart the laptop......scan whole system....restart again.....

    or get google pack with spyware docter......install it,restart laptop,update it,restart laptop,scan it,clear trojens,restart laptop...

    ur messenger should work fine...
