Syncing videos on iPoD - problem!?

Hi!

I have got an ipod nano (with video)

I downloaded a software to convert video files to ipod format (mp4, quick time move)

It worked fine and the video was converted - that is, format was fine.

Then when I synced it to ipod, in the process, itunes crashed.

Any suggestion??

    I have the same ipod as you and have never had such a problem but nevertheless im sure your problem is fixable. Try using a different converter program and see if that works. Or even just keep trying like the other person recommended. By the way if your after a really good program that copies dvd movies into ipod format i highly recommend a full program called handbrake that is free of course.

    p.s i think only mp4 files will work on the ipod and not quick time movie files. Ive tried putting quick time movie files on... it didnt work. Good luk :)

    Well i have a normal nano and have had syncing problems in the past, i just keep trying, although i found using 'file sync ipod helped'
