Below were actual questions a consul at the American Embassy asked. They may vary a little, but most of them will be to know if you're fiance will marry a US citizen in good faith.

Have you been in the US before.

    If she answers 'yes':

    Where? When? For how long?

When did you meet your fiance?

How did you meet your fiance?

Have you seen him in person in the last 6 months?

When was the last time you two were together? Where?

    For how long?

How many times have you met in person since your relationship started?

Where in the US are you planning to get married?

Where in the US are you planning to live?

More or less, these are the questions she'll be asked. They'll go through her papers. And basing on her personal circumstances, they might ask more questions about her.

    K-1 Visa Interview Questions

Entering US on tourist visa with the intent of marriage is visa fraud. K1 interview must occur at the US Embassy in the foreign finance country. Also, US Embassy doesn't usually issue tourist visa when there is fiance or immigrant visa is pending, espeically red flagged country. Visa is never issued in US. It is only issued at US Embassy outside of US. File K1.

    Hi.

Congratulations on your engagement. Your wife will be asked many different questions. Some of the questions my wife was asked were:

How did you meet your fiance?

How long have you known each other?

When did you first meet in Person?

How many times have you met in person?

    How often did you communicate?

What was your primary communication with one another?

What attracted you to your fiance?

I used Visajourney.com to help get as much information as I could get prior. It's a forum with people who have and who are currently in the same situation as you.

    Good Luck!

    Hello,

There are only a few questions asked. This is basically all the questions that were asked at the US embassy.

    "What is his name?"

    "How do you Meet?"

    "Where does he live?"

They will ask her to bring pictures and any copies of emails, or letters that the she can provide. The long long the relationship before filling the paperwork, the less heartache.

The answerer above has the line of questioning right.

Although it is always best to anticipate other similar or related questions and to bring every picture, correspondence and otherwise any document that will support or backup her answers during the interview.
