I live in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Does anybody know if there's a cell tower problem?
We have no service at all! We do not have a landline, and the ATT technical support chat is closed.

Are you showing bars on your phone? Phone service is sketchy at best in Alabama, but ATT uses others towers (one of the reason I got them instead of my old provider) without charging so if there is a tower nearby, it may be your phone. Can you get to a pay phone to call ATT? Good luck.
