Best way to clean jaguar alloy wheels with dark spots on edge of rim?

    soft wire wheel brush with a high quality wheel cleaner. Most are spray on and spray off, with minimal scrubbing, just let the cleaner sit for a minute and then gently scrub clean than spray off. Use a chammie cloth or a dry sponge to remove water to prevent spotting.
