anyone who has had or planing on plastic surgery answer this?

i was looking into a nose job because i have a huge nose.that is until i was watching discovery health channel and saw a little girl with a rare dwafizim.this girl was 13 years old.she had to have surgeries on her spine.when she went to the mall people would point and stare at her.and i thought am i so selfish that i would fix something that is not broken when there is babies out there who have it alot worse.so what do you think.all the people who think just i little nip/tuck,i'm already beautiful but i have to be perfect.how bout it.can you look at any child like this and still think of yourself.it's funny how somethings hit you.and this one hit me hard.don't be so cinicle.

I went through the same type of thought process, but the truth is you aren't going to "save the world" by not having plastic surgery.

I do agree with you to an extent but at the end of the day even if you did get surgery, it wouldn't affect them. Yes, there are people much worse off than you but if you're truly unhappy with yourself then I don't see why you shouldn't get it fixed. 

The only thing I disagree with is surgery purely for cosmetic purposes. I think that is shallow and disgusting.

My doctor says that one day I will need plastic surgery on my eyelids because they are crushing my eyeballs and will eventually send me blind. So I think I will take my doctor's advice on that one, thanks.

I can't think why you wanted a nose job - I LOVE huge noses!
