What is a gamer in relationship to this site and guidelines?
I saw this term in community guidelines but I don't understand it.

I think you're referring to a "point gamer". Here is the Yahoo! Help link that describes what they consider is point gaming-

I think its point gamer, when you reply to a question but do not answer the question what is being asked, e.g thanks for the 2 points etc...
