How much is the device itself. Looked on the bard website, but couldn't find the details to purchase an individual device.

I assume you mean a chemoport? This is a device that is implanted underneath the skin and has a catheter that enters a large vein so that chemotherapy can be delivered with minimal chance of injury to the subcutaneous tissues.
The device itself isn't cheap and has to be placed carefully by an experienced surgeon. Implantation of these devices can run upwards of $1000 or more.
