many people ask questions but they dont bother to check the answer ,then why they ask question?

you are correct I have noticed when i was voting lots of top contributes just copy,paste the same exact answer, even to the wrong question it really makes me mad to know that some off them the want to get the 2 points, I answer every question Honestly truthfully and i stay in one product the one i have knowldge with.

What makes you think they don't check for answers?... They may just not comment or take the time to pick the best answers... In life, some people are thankful and will express that thankfulness, while others will swoop up what they want without a word...

Then again, some ask silly questions and may not really expect a response...Who knows, live life and do the best you can...

I know what u mean. I never let the voters even chosoe my best answer i should do that!! I think people do check the answers but then myabe get busy and dont sign on for a few days so the voters choose. I dont see any other reason.

Yeah. How do you know people aren't checking the answers? I always check them, but I don't always pick a best one in a timely manner. I'm sure that even if they don't pick a best answer or add additional details they are probably checking at least some of the answers.

What makes you think that? I know some people may not give " a best answer" because the answer may not be what they are looking for. However that does not mean they don't check the answers.

Sometimes we get busy. If I ask a question then I check the answers. I don't always check a best answer because I get busy.

I have asked a total of 8 questions.

I have chosen a best answer for each of them.

If someone can take their time to answer my question with a thought out, credible answer, then they deserve the points for the best answer.

That's how I look at it.

It could be that they found the answer elsewhere after posting, and didn't feel like spending their time checking the answers here.

well if it is a rant, not a question, they might just be using this forum as a blog to hear themselves speak. but not picking 'best answer" does not mean they didn't read any of 'em.

its their problem......y do u ask such an inquisitive question? can u see the person not reading his/her own answers?i don't think ur question is valid enough to ask a reason.....u shud actually trace the particular person,& find out the genuine reason.
