Which Conference is costistantly better ACC or SEC?
My friend says SEC is costistantly better, but I don't understand why. What is your opinion?
I think the ACC is better no doubt about it.
ACC Stats:
Founded- 1953
Final Fours - 38
National Titles - 10
SEC
Founded -1932
Final Fours - 25
Championships - 10
*Thats a whole 21 years difference and yet the ACC has 13 more final fours and is tied in national titles. Plus, almost all of SEC national titles have come from Kentucky and Florida. A lot of teams in ACC have national titles.
ACC teams with National Titles:
Duke - 3
Maryland - 1
North Carolina - 4
North Carolina St. - 2
SEC Teams with National Titles:
Florida - 2
Arkansas - 1
Kentucky - 7

it would depend on the sport , ACC is better in some and SEC are better in others ,, either way there both in the top there with the BIG -10

Another vote for ACC definitely. This year the conference is somewhat weak, but overall they get the edge.

Yeah I would have to agree with you on that one it would be the ACC teams.
