I can't give the full results, but icenetwork.com can, as the previous poster said.
Here are some of the top finishers, though:
Dance:
1. Belbin & Agosto (I expected them to win and they deserved to. They skated well)
2. White & Davis (also skated very well)
3. Bommetre & whoever the partner is (can't remember the name right now)
4. Samuelson and Bates, I think (they had a bad fall in the free dance, unfortunately. Otherwise they were great)
Pairs:
1. Mclachlan and Brubaker (won fair and square. They were really amazing)
2. Inoue and Baldwin (also did fairly well)
3. Castelle and Okolski (had a few little bobbles but also very good)
Men:
1. Evan Lycacek
2. Johnny Weir
3. Stephan Carriere
4. Jeremy Abbott
5. Ryan Bradley
Evan and Johnny tied, but Evan broke the tie by winning the long program. I personally don't agree with these results. Johnny skated better and had less bobbles in the long program which should've kept his lead from the short.
Ladies:
1. Mirai Nagasu
2. Rachel Flatt
3. Ashley Wagner
4. Caroline Zhang
5. Beatrisa Liang
6. Katrina Hacker
7. Kimmie Meissner
Mirai won fair and square. I think Ashley should've been in second, because she did a harder combo (3lutz-3loop as opposed to Flatt's 3lutz-3toe) and I thought she was more artistic. I'm fine with Caro getting 4th. I feel horrible for Kimmie and the bad skate she had, but I truly believe she can come back from this and do better at Worlds. She had a tough season, but look at Michelle Kwan in 1997 with 4 falls in the Long at Nationals. She wasn't washed up, and neither is Kimmie in my opinion.
Other stand-outs were the top seven finishers in the junior ladies:
1. Alexe Gilles (all her triples and some artistry to boot!)
2. Angela Maxwell (that girl can jump!)
3. Britney Rizo (very artistic and a beautiful skater to watch)
4. Can't remember (Victoria Rackohn maybe?)
5. Amanda Dobbs (she stole the show in the long program with her beautiful performance
6. Can't remember (again, this might be Victoria Rackohn. I'm missing someone)
7. Kirsten Olson (she had a wonderfully great skate with only one jump problem. . .she popped her second intended triple lutz. I love her artistry though).
I agreed with the results of the junior ladies, for the most part.
Hope this helps.

I just wanted to add that Emily Hughes didn't compete, due to an injury.
