What is the name of this song from 70's?

I have this song stuck in my head and I hope someone can tell me what the name of the song is. I will try to describe it the best that I can. I am almost positive it is from the mid 70’s. It has a nice bluesy saxophone solo in it. It features some other unusual instruments including some that sound electronic. I believe the last line of the song is something like “Who’s crying? … Who’s crying now?” Does anyone know the name of the song? Who sings it? What are the other instruments in the song besides the saxophone? Thanks for your help.

Without even looking it up... it is COMPLETELY

    "Baker Street"

    Artist is Gerry Rafferty

Whale of a song, 30 years old now.

Great sax solo... decent guitar solo also. I am not sure of the name of that other instrument that goes off every third bar.

In any case, thanks for the thought... gonna have that song in my head the rest of the night. ;-)
