Does back date restoration removes setup files as well?
I downloaded a software (itunes) recently. Due to some reasons I have to do a backdate restoration.
Will the 'setup' file go as well?
And what about the music files? Do these remain after restoration?

The music files will remain, but all programs that you installed after the backdate restoration date will be gone. That means iTunes will be too.
