what do you dislike most about your job and what do you like most about it?

I work with a.sshole that I can't stand, but I'm on Y!A all day. Hope I don't get fired.

Well, short bus rider.... I love that I am an advocate for kids like you. I love that I speak on their behalf and ensure they get the things they need to succeed. I especially love it when a child makes gains like walking for the first time, saying mom/dad for the first time, etc.

I hate that there is not enough resources or money in the federal and state budgets to help all people get the services and equipment that is state of the art. Ex: I hate to see a child who can not physically speak be denied funding for an electronic communication device.

PS: I also like that I even tough I don't work in a school, I still get snow days!

What I most dislike about my job is that at the end of the day, I'm mentally exhausted. What I like most about my job is that I get paid very well, there are many perks and I have a great working environment (no office politics).

I dislike the authority structure present at my work. There is a lot of favoritism (whether its intentional or not, I don't know) at my place of business & certain people get away with certain things, but others do not. It is quite frustrating, and I don't understand how a place of business can be functional with the inconsistant rules.

I hate the pay (in fact I'm not paid at all)

I love that I have seen every smile, wiped every tear, heard every laugh, watched him grow, watched him learn, and felt his love

Yeah, I'm a stay-at-home mom to a wonderful 4 year old boy :0)

I love the people I work with, but I get bored so I come here.

too many things I hate about my job to list, but I do like that the paycheck always clears

I hate that I dont get payed enough

I love the fact that I get to pick my own hours

i hate that i drive at night with all the drunk people.

i like that i get to work and repair expensive equipment.

Like: Helping people / healing them

Dislike: the mess -poo and blood etc
