Yo...I used to have the same thing in college w/ the cold weather...neways...I used to put a warm rag against my face and put numbing meds on my toothe and surrounding gums...when I went to see the doctor (an abses had grown) and basically he said I had a small sore or cut on the gum that got infected...I even recall laying down with a heating pad under my face (the heat will help you sooo much) and pop a pill for pain (I notice you look rockerish take a regular pain pill... just ease the pain) and see a doctor b/c teeth pain can be serious go get it looked at...peace
I hope you feel better...I also think you should take warm water with salt in it and gargle it around your mouth...it will help the pain and cleanse your mouth...do this stuff to help the pain until a doctor can help you!

Probably your wisdom tooth/ the area around it is infected, or it could be pressing on a nerve. When your gums are swollen like that it can seem like the tooth is growing in or something but I think its usually an infection (probably from the tooth being impacted).
Take some tylenol or something and make an appointment with your doctor or dentist. Probably its your wisdom tooth that is causing the pain so I would say call the dentist.

The nerve of your tooth is inflamed (pulpitis) This often happens after a deep filling is placed in a tooth, or if there is a deep cavity, or if you traumatise a tooth. The treatment for it is root canal treatment, or extraction of the tooth. If left untreated, the nerve of your tooth will eventually die, at which time the pain may subside somewhat, but only to be followed by the formation of an abscess. The only advice is to keep taking pain killers until you can get to a dentist. Ask a pharmacist for the most suitable pain killer. You should only take advice on medication from professionals who know your medical history

Take some Tylenol and then call a dentist.
Drink some hot tea, as this will help the Tylenol to dissolve quicker in your stomach.
Hope that you get better.
