r u just putting in the area code with out the 1 in front and then the rest??? dont know its pretty easy since it has the 3 different spaces for them....u can also try phonezoo.com or myxertones.com

where are you at? you have to be in the U.S.
and dont enter the 1 before your area code.. I just entered my 10 digit cell phone number less than 5 minutes ago and already downloaded my ringtone..
try it again..
