Iud removed is this normal?

Removed IUD the mirena 2 days ago and now I have major back ache and heavy bleeding that started last night is this normal Im getting worried and my doc hasnt returned my call yet?

    Meet your doctor , seek his check up and advice.Follow what he says .That's the best thing you can do.YA isn't a proper place to give you exactly what you are supposed to do at this stage.
