I've learnt all the Japanese I know at http://www.japanesepod101.com/ . It's free, easy, and daily. You can download a new mp3 lesson every day at the site or through iTunes. It's easier through iTunes but if you don't use it, you can just go to the site and download lessons from there. Don't worry about all the prices there; the mp3s are always free.

    http://japanese.about.com/library/bl_greeting.htm

    http://www.saiga-jp.com/pronunciation_voice.html

both sites are really useful site.

about.com has lots of japanese native instructors. you can check japanese language, culture, foods... etc.

saiga-jp has good kanji diction with audio sound.

    try both n_n
