Good Workout For A 13 Year Old?
I play Basketball,Baseball,And Football and would like to know a good workout routine for me. I have weights,treadmill,and plenty of space to run. I was just wondering what you think, I have already been doing light weight lifting like the coach said so it doesn't stunt my growth or anything but what do you think I should do should I lift more and what exercises are good?

I would run alot and work on the abs few people realize how much sports rely on the abs.

Sounds like you have a clued up coach listen to him. enjoy yourself and you will do fine.
