Ps3 Game Suggestions? Best game to match my style gets 15 points!?

No real good fighting games out really. Soulcalibur IV suppose to come out in few months but wouldn't be surprised if it gets pushed back.

Tekken 5 and Virtual Fighter 5 are ok.

RPG you have a short list. The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion is probably your best bet. I didn't care for it but alot of people liked it.

Others, I heard Assassin's Creed is good, but yet to play. I want to though. Personally I'm waiting for GTA IV in April.

Heavenly sword dont buy it, its not that great its just a ripoff of God of war, the game was overhyped. But yeah virtua fighter is awesome,no doubt about that.You would want to buy GTA 4 on April 29th, since its predecessors are quite successful despite the controversies, but those are because of ppl who took the game too seriously , and the game is coming back to its roots, liberty city( so no more miami vice themed or 'boyz in the hood' themed city), it will provide the same good feeling gamers get in GTA3(which is the best so far for me). Metal Gear Solid 4 is another game you would want to buy, but not sure though when they r going to release it. It will have tons of cool new features, the characters from all the MGS series is reportedly to have an appearance in the game, and this is btw the last game in the series. The orange box is a good bargain you would want to look out for, it has 5 good games inside for the price of 1:Half life 2, half life 2 ep 1, half life 2 ep 2, Portal, Team fortress 2. Guitar hero 3 is another good game, its has 70 over classic rock songs to play with, plus it has a wireless guitar now.And since you mention RPGs, look out for Final fantasy 13 coming out later this year.

I suggest getting Virtua Fighter 5 Virtua Fighter 5 kicks a whole lot of MMA butt. It offers one of the most intuitive and robust fighting systems ever assembled and the customization options and quest mode are great fun. t the mechanics here are so amazing, that it doesn't hurt the overall package as much as it would in other games. Grab a buddy (or five) and play it... a lot! Heavenly Sword is GREAT too, but Virtua Fighter is the best. Uncharted is a GREAT game too if you want to start something new. If you're into Heavenly Sword, go for Devil May Cry 4 (coming soon in Feb) and Ninja Gaiden: Sigma (challenging and not repetitive).

Shooter games: Call of Duty 4(great single and multiplayer experiences, Orange Box (Half Life, Team Fortress, 2 other games), Mercenaries 2 (March, ultimate mayhem), and Unreal Tournament 3.

Fighting games: Virtua Fighter 5

RPG: Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion (really customizable and nonlinear).

Metal Gear Solid 4 or GTA IV are both great starters. Resident Evil 5 is good but not as good as MGS4 or GTA IV. Metal Gear Solid 4 has an amazing storyline. GTA IV doesn't really get boring, just like most GTA games. You can just go shooting people or make a fuss in the city, or you can go on with tons of missions and unlock more trophies. Metal Gear Solid 4 also has amazing graphics, and a good replay value. But it will get boring more quickly than GTA IV will. But Metal Gear Solid 4 is probably the best PS3 exclusive. Depends on people's opinions. So get GTA IV now, and after that get MGS4 when you can get it.

ok well, i would definatly get the orange box. This game has half life, half life episode 1, half life episode 2, portal, and team fortress 2..ok well each half life game is really fun and each one has atleast 8 hours of gameplay. portal is probably the best game i have ever played...(this is where you can shoot a portal entrance on the wall and shoot the exit on the cieling...so when you go in the entrance on the wall you pop out of the cieling) the last game on this single disc is team fortress 2....i have put over 20 hours into just this game because it is so amazing...look on youtube to see examples of all of these. The best part is you get all of these games on 1 disc for $60.

another suggestion is uncharted:drakes fortune...this is just because its a really good adventure game.

DONT GET HEAVENLY SWORD!!! only rent it!!! its only about 6 hours of gameplay!!!

1) If you want to get a good game that is fun and you cant beat it in a day Oblivion is the way to go.

2) Heavenly Sword is a sick game. If you want a game like God of War Heavenly Sword is pretty sick.

3) If you have online you need to get Call of Duty 4. One of the best games online yet.

Call of Duty 4 is the best game out for the PS3 right now hands down.

The single player missions are very intense, and if you like to play against the world online, you will be able to get 100's of hours of enjoyable play time.

I suggest you go with lair. It has a very intense story with great graphics and awesome gameplay to boot. Its probably one of my favorite games for the ps3. If not that then I would suggest heavnly sword it pretty much matches up with some of your suggestions. Its fairly simple to learn and has pretty good replay abilities. So I would suggest that as a second. Good luck and enjoy.

These are my favorite games for PS3. I myself do not like Call of Duty 4 but if you love shooting/online games you should get it. My highest suggestion is to get The Elder Scrolls: Oblivion. GREATEST GAME EVER!!!

If you are looking for 2 player games you should Warhawk but you will have to set up your internet connection first.

Burnout Paradise is great if you love the other burnout games. i like it for a racing game, i suggest you try the others first.

Uncharted: Drakes Fortune is a great game if you are into shooting (better than COD4) and adventure you will absolutely love this game!

Oblivion is an adventure/action/role-playing game. i myself LOVE rpg games so this is my FAVORITE game. you can see my review on Gamespot.com look for RPGCal.

Motorstorm you should already have if you got the 80GB ps3 which you should have.

Ninja gaiden Sigma is a MUST if you like fighting games (i see you do) gamespot rates this 9.3 out of 10 so if you trust gamespot (Which i do) you should get this.

I honestly suggest you get Oblivion because you like role playing games. Maybe if you dont like any of my choices you should try Assassins Creed.
