Who is the most valuable player on the Lakers, Andrew Bynum or Derek Fisher?
RC Dude is right - Derek Fisher doesn't get the credit he deserves. He's one of the most underrated players in the game's history.

I'm a big Fisher fanatic. I think he's more valuable to the Lakers than anyone besides Bryant.
He's the team leader. He's also the one that keeps Bryant in check as well.

im assuming ure saying besides kobe
i think u would have to give it to bynum cause he got injured and the lakers went down hard the last few games
he cant be replaced
fisher is the 3rd best player on the team (odom is 4th cause hes to inconsistant) but if he was injured i think farmar could fill in the gap pretty well
im not saying fisher isnt great but a PG is a lot easyer to replace then a 7ft center
i do agree that he is on of the most underrated players
he has 1 of the nicest shots in the game(with a high arc =])
and he is like 5-10 for best FT %
look at the lakers this year compared to last year
with bynum and ariza out the only diffrence to the team is parker 4 fisher and even though were in a slump kobe has been getting like 10 assists a game and we have been losing the games right at theend
unlike last year we would have had lost the game from the start
fish is the veteran MVP and bynum is the young mvp

Most valuable player on the Lakers is Kobe Bryant.
If you meant, who is more valuable to the Lakers, then Andrew Bynum, look how much they are struggling w/o him!
Derek Fisher is a good locker room presence and can shoot. He's the type of guy the Lakers need, but Bynum definitely.

You have a good point, but I think Chris Mihm and
Kobe Bryant have contributed equaly to the Lakers
win. So I say Kobe Mihm.
