Where can I find a good primary source refering to Magellan? Any websites?

By definition, a website can not be a *primary* source for information on Ferdinand Magellan. Primary sources are the original sources -- the logbooks, notes, and letters from the crew and people who talked to them. These would be in museums.
For web search, try google and wikipedia. Follow the links they give you. But the best research is to read the books about him: see if your library can get you a copy of "The first voyage round the world, by Magellan", by Lord Stanley of Alderley. Or, download it from the 2nd link below. It's about as close to a primary source as you will need.
