My cousin (17) got the lead. What can I buy her for opening night besides flowers?

What about a Dr. Seuss book? A personal favorite is "Oh, the Places You'll Go!" My parents got me that for my high school graduation. That'd be really sweet, especially if she's planning on studying theatre in college or anything.

Try a "Say and Send Friends" bear. You can record a few seconds of a message for her to here when she squeezes it. It may sound a little cheesy for a seventeen year old, but they're really cute and could make her laugh.

And if you want to add a Seussical touch, just tie a red and white striped ribbon around it's neck :]
