What do I have to do to get my 'top contributor' back?
I have over 22,000 points, and 17% best answer. I lost 'top contributor' when out of town for a week in Nov.

Concentrate on mainly answering in the category where you had the badge. You must maintain a BA % of over 10% in that category alone to regain the badge.

dont know why for sure -- I only have 1676 pts with 15% best answer and I have "top contributor" maybee because you did'nt visit for a period of time?
