How to switch back from wide screen?- Laptop, Vista?

I didnt know what I did this morning but now my laptop's screen is so wide, how do i return it to normal?

I have windows vista, presario 6000 laptop, compaq.

    Hi,

    just right click your desktop, then select properties > setting and reset your screen size again, hope this helps you.
