NYSSMA Application?
i want to apply for the NYSSMA evaluation festival in zone 12 which should be NYC. I need to know how to get the forms, or where the forms are on the NYSSMA website, to attend the festival and the application deadline. All help is appreciated, thanks. This is my first time to take a NYSSMA test and i don't understand what they mean on the site, like membership and festivals.

It seems that the festival in your area hasn't been scheduled yet, but will probably be sometime in May. Ask your music teacher at school or your private music instructor about it.

If your music teacher can't help you, your school is probably not planning to participate, but I think you can still attend as an individual, especially if you have a private instructor who can coach you.
