Call you vet or rush her to a emergency vet. No one can tell you what to do here. There are no vets here at all!
Call your vet.

Your dog may have Giardia, which if left untreated can cause the death of your dog. He may have something even worse. Only your vet can tell, but pooping blood is a very bad sign. His lack of strength is telling me that he has lost potassium and electrolytes and that he may be hemoraging internally.
For immediate first aid...do not feed him for 24 hrs. Give him some Pedialyte without delay. Rush him to a vet today on an emergency basis.
Your dog deserves your immediately attention which may save his life.
This is a serious matter.
Please call you vet immediately.

You need to contact the emergency vet RIGHT AWAY. If you don't have one in your area, contact your vet. Sometimes vets have emergency numbers on their answering machines. DO NOT GIVE UP! This little puppy needs to get to the vet ASAP.

We can't help you. She's got to go to the vet immediately.
If you can't see your vet, she's got to go to an emergency vet clinic now.
This is a true emergency. If you want to save your dog, you need to get her to a vet NOW.
Good luck.

Take her to a different vet immediately. What you are describing soungs extremely like the Parvo virus. I hate to be the bearer of bad news but 9 times out of 10 it is fatal. Please get her to another vet ASAP! Maybe it isn't too late.
