Well I dont want to be the one to break your heart, but Im a owner of 5 dogs, and I have experience a lot of things with many other dogs I had. To be honest when your dog is pooping and vomiting nothing blood, your puppy has this thing called parvo which can be treated if detected early enough, but if he is doing what all you are saying he or she is doing then he is not going to live long so im sorry for your puppy but you should still take him to the vet immediately just to be sure of him
Good luck

Blood in the stool is most likely due to bleeding in the lower intestinal tract. This can be caused by parasitic infections. Another possibility is that the animal is having an allergic reaction to something they have ingested. I suggest you take the animal to the emergency room. Another cause could be Parvovirus. If your dog has been vaccinated for Parvo it could be the less common Coronavirus. Vets usually don't vaccinate for it unless there is an outbreak. There is also the possibility that the dog swallowed something that caused laceration of the digestive tract. In any event get the dog the the ER ASAP.

Okay, so you don't want to take her to the Vet.
The most likely cause of her bleeding is due to a condition called DIC - disseminated intravascular coagulation. It causes the dog to basically bleed out. Generally dogs with DIC have also been recently diagnosed with other conditions: a prime example being pancreatitis - which schnauzers are prone to. Is this why she is on antibiotics?
So, if this is what she has, she is going to die while you sit here and read this. A fast Vet response is her only option.
And hey, I'm not a Vet, but I bet she dies if you don't get her to a Vet soon.

You are making me CRY... Your beloved pet is dying and I cant come and get her and take her to the VET!
I could diagnose her right here and right now.. she has what sounds like PARVO! IT is dangerous and deadly if not treated. She needs to go to the VET and tell him/her what is going on with your dog. DO NOT wait until morning. Your dog will die if you do. I am sorry but the horrible truth is that bleeding from the butt and throwing up blood is NOT good.
Listen to what people are telling you and take your dog to the VET!

The vet doesn't know? Did she eat something that could be stuck in her? If she is pooping and vomiting blood, it has to be her stomach. Go back and ask them to do x-rays. I don't know if I'm right, but it is worth a shot. I have a dog, and I know how you feel. GOOD LUCK.

Your puppy is very sick...get to a vet now, it could be a number of things wrong. If you don't trust the vet you already took her to go to another 1 but do it quick!

You need to either take her back to the vet or find another vet and take her there. She could DIE. She shouldn't be at home right now, but instead, should be in intensive care at the vet. You need to get her to a vet ASAP.

Why to you keep reposting the same question? Is the answer to see a vet not what you want?Your dog is very ill and needs a vet.

Take her back to the vet or another vet if she is not better. Did he draw blood and run a profile? If not, go to one that will.

Call the vet now!!! no kidding...now... if there is a vet ER call them. she has a gi bleed, has she gotten a hold of chocolate...thats the only time i have seen them pooping blood and vomiting blood.
She will become hypovolemic very quickly and may go into shock...she will probably need iv fluids
