How come when I was jogging I broke out into a rash all over?
I was just starting to job, I haven't exercised in a long time. So I was just going to do a 15 min jog but I got all itchy and I looked and my body just was COVERED in a red rash. So i had to stop my workout which pissed me off. I had red all over my stomach my sides, upper hip, and chest.
Why'd it happen?? What can I do so it won't? is it in any correlation w/ exercising?
so i stopped and put cold water on my body and it's starting to calm down.

and i was jogging in my house not outside, so it couldn't be some kind of allergic reaction outside

I think you will find this was what we call prickly heat in the UK. It can come on after sudden exertion and is very uncomfortable. There is no way of preventing it and the only comfort is either a cool shower or covering yourself in calamine lotion. As your' body becomes accustomed to more exercise, the condition should settle.
