Our sizes go up in 2s so we don't work with size 7 or 9 for example.

US size 6 would be a UK 8

US size 8 would be a UK 10 and so on...

In Europe however, it changes:

US size 8 would be a 38

US size 10 would be a 40

These are for clothes sizes but it works pretty much the same for underwear.
