Only when I'm texting... if I press the 'options' button twice in a row by accident it gets sent :( And usually it's something sarcastic that''s a joke but sounds serious because it's only a little part of the text!

I've done that before. It's no big deal unless the portion I sent has a completely different meaning because of the way it was worded and ended too soon...

I can think of at least one occasion when that has happened to me....the occasion I am thinking of was a number of years ago, though. There may have been other times....but I do try to be more careful these days.
