Fluid on the cervix?

Hi guys, before we start I'll let you all know that I am seeing my GP tomorrow, and my Gyno on monday, but I'd love to get some possible explinations....

I have been bleeding for 3 weeks, and so had ultrasounds today. I am not pregnant- I am recovering from a partial molar pregnancy.

The external scan showed nothing abnormal, and the internal showed almost all to be absolutely fine. The only thing mentioned was that there was 'fluid on the cervix'.

My question is does anyone know what this could mean?

Update:

I contacted the Dr but he told me to wait until my appt with my Gyno- so I still don't know what it means. I hope to get some answers from him. But does anyone know what 'bleeding from the cervix' could be caused by in a non-pregnant woman?
