Profit = Total Revenue - Total Cost

Let X be the number of newspapers

Total Revenue = 1.76 multiplied by the number of newspapers delivered, therefore total revenue will be 1.76 X

Totat Cost = Fixed Cost + Variable Cost

    Fixed Cost = 1,035,000

Variable Cost = 0.87 multiplied by the number of newspapers delivered, therefore total variable cost is 0.87X

    Total Cost = 1,035,000+0.87X

    Profit (P) = 1.76X - (1,035,000+0.87X)
