What sort of actions though? Selfish actions and putting yourself first won't bring happiness nor will lying or deceiving people nor robbing a bank or killing people! Actions that help others may bring happiness but we shouldn't do that to gain happiness for ourselves but to make others happy. Happiness can short-lived, we may feel happy when everything is going fine for us in our lives but it be cut short if we suffer the loss of someone or illness. Happiness is a feeling or an emotion that can depend on many things. We can not expect to feel happy all the time. God bless
